A whole season ago, I was jobless and applied to almost anything to make some dough for my bread. I was an extra for Nike ad for China Olympics' basketball by Weiden & Kennedy, directed by that guy (Tarsem Singh) who directed that R.E.M. music video ("Losing My Religion") and that movie called: "The Cell." They said it will only be aired in China and I couldn't find it online. But I did find another commercial I was in for Biamp.
John Hill production came up from California to shoot at OPB. The campaign is called "Viva La Revolución" and I had a lot of fun on the set. You can see the video here. I am in the red cap with a tan shirt. And no, I don't have an acting ambition. It's much too intense and I am quite happy behind the camera.
In other news, I have been busy working on wedding videos with Shields Films. I know some of you in the industry, look down up on it but I am never too proud and anything can be creative and artistic in my view. I've been lucky to be the chosen to help with editing and shooting. The office is located at the Portland Union Station (train station) which is very cool.
And as always, I have other projects up my sleeve to be unveiled at a later time.
It's 90F in my attic loft office with the window AC and 97F outside.
